Our mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves a stable home, love, and a future filled with hope.
APCF is dedicated to changing the future for children who face unimaginable hardships—those without families, without hope and often without a voice. Our mission is to Rescue, Restore and Reintegrate these children, offering them the care and support they need to thrive. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we partner with existing orphanages that are already providing meaningful support to children, empowering these homes, increasing their reach and helping them transform the lives of even more children in need.
